Continuing Medical Education

San Lucas Medical is launching a series of new continuing medical education (CME)-accredited journals that will seek to change how medical education is developed and provided to our 210,000-plus reader database of European healthcare providers.

By utilizing a collaborative/co-creative model with leading national and international medical centers, the journals will translate cutting-edge clinical research and data into practical know-how, ensuring that all content, curricula, and outcomes are developed and driven by those organizations. All education through the new series will provide evidenced-based measurable data on how such education impacts the clinical competencies and patient-related outcomes of healthcare providers.

Given the enormous amounts of new medical data made available daily, and the national and regional fragmentation of the medical education system and standards in Europe, the lack of access to credible and high quality clinical information has made it challenging for healthcare providers to deliver the appropriate care and outcomes to their patients.
