This agreement grants SLM the exclusive rights in Europe and Asia to utilize Medikly’s content delivery and community-based platform through their new venture, MDSNe, which will serve to facilitate online collaboration and learning among physicians.

MDSNe, powered by the Medikly platform, will provide verified physician users with tools to access the ‘community mind’, share and exchange knowledge with their peers, collaboratively learn through conversations and access just-in-time education. In addition, the platform will be used by MDSNe to design and develop medical education programs, reducing overall development time and costs by as much as 75% when compared with traditional educational formats and methods.

With its existing publishing footprint and an audience of over 100,000 subscribers, SLM, via MDSNe, will leverage its new online capabilities by bringing together like minds and diverse practices, minimizing impediments of time, cost and distribution, and providing high-quality medical education to physicians.
